A key part of my practice is the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) framework under the International Labour Organization (ILO), a globally recognized approach used to support entrepreneurship, enterprise growth, and job creation.
Over the past four years, I have worked closely with youth, women, aspiring entrepreneurs, trainers, and business owners who need practical tools to strengthen their enterprises, improve decision-making, and create sustainable livelihoods.

Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) is one of the most widely used entrepreneurship training frameworks globally. Developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO), it supports entrepreneurs and small businesses to start, improve, and sustain viable enterprises.
In my work, the SIYB approach provides a clear structure for guiding participants through practical stages of business development. It helps entrepreneurs evaluate opportunities, organize business ideas, improve operations, understand customers, and create realistic pathways toward income generation and sustainability.
This methodology is especially relevant for NGOs, youth empowerment programs, women's enterprise initiatives, entrepreneurship hubs, and donor-funded projects that need practical, standardized, and outcomes-focused entrepreneurship training.
